I just came over this video on YouTube, and I thought it would be a great share. The video, named “DEADLINE” is made by YouTube user banilu.
From the video’s descripition:
This is my senior project at Savannah College of Art and Design. Where my idea comes from is that every time when I am busy, I feel that I am not fighting with my works, I am fighting with those post-it notes and deadline. I manipulating the post-it notes to do pixel-like stop motion and there are some interactions between real actor and post-its.
Enjoy!
Cool, uh?

This is really a great example, what is possible with this old technique. In my opinion stop-motion is much more impressive than any CGY-Animation. I have also tried myself to create a stop-motion to promote my music, but I am still at the beginning of the learning process. This is really looking professional, if you want to see mine, watch http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rC3kE_2sd5E
